Kursi 黑標，是採用來自歐洲品種的黑橄欖，在採收季節後期採收，讓橄欖有機會熟成並發展更豐富的口感氣味。Kursi 具有與眾不同卻適中溫和的口感與風味，兼具果香、香草香氣以及堅果香氣，適合與各種不同食物搭配，主廚的首選。

歐莉亞橄欖農場，位於以色列北部的加利利海旁戈蘭高地，佔地 60 公頃，以生機自然農法栽種約 25,000 棵橄欖樹。每年12月，在豐收期後期，採收含油量較低但風味濃郁的黑橄欖，當天清晨太陽尚未升起就開始採收工作，採收完立即送回車程半小時內的工廠，立即分類、洗果，並以低溫冷壓、未經過濾，生產歐莉亞特級冷壓初榨橄欖油。

非常低的酸度，頂級品質的冷壓初榨 Extra Virgin 橄欖油冒煙點約攝氏200度，可口服、涼拌、煎、炒以及低溫油炸。
